We had a doozy for Rabbi Fischer. We had triplets - two of whom were boys and all of whom were preemies. The doctor gave us the go ahead to proceed with the brit on schedule, but the boys were very very small.
After a consultation with other experts (always a good sign), Rabbi Fischer executed the challenging double bris perfectly (both from the spiritual and physical perspectives).
